In order to select the best speakers for our event Equity In Action, we held two rounds of auditions. Judges who hailed from different industries provided valuable feedback to our speakers and helped us in the difficult task of narrowing the list of fantastic speakers.
Coen Tan

Over the past 10 years, he has helped over 42,000 individuals and professionals to communicate with confidence and effectiveness so that they can succeed effortlessly in career and in life. Fredrik Haren
Fredrik is a professional keynote speaker and author on Business Creativity, Change and Global Mindset. He has delivered more than 2,000 speeches in over 65 countries on 6 continents. Over a 20-year professional speaking career he has inspired more than a million people to become more creative and to look at the world in a new way.
Fredrik is driven by his inner theme which is "Humanity to the Power of Ideas". He is the author of ten books, including “The Idea Book” that was included in “The 100 Best Business Books of All Time”.
His latest book is "Spread Your Message. See the World. How to become a global keynote speaker". His next book (and speech) is called: "The World of Creativity" where he looks at human creativity and what we can learn about the creative process from people from different parts of the world.

Godelieve van Dooren
Godelieve (G) is a Partner at Mercer, where she is the Regional Industry Leader for Asia-Pacific, focusing on High Tech and Consumer Goods / Retail as well as Mercer’s Benefits Products and Services.
Godelieve also oversees Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for Mercer for ASEAN, and supports organizations in the region in implementing D&I policies. From 2013 to 2016, she led Mercer’s insights and products business across 8 countries in ASEAN and served as the Mercer Malaysia Country Manager.
She started up Mercer’s Asia Pacific Employee Benefits products line in 2008 and is responsible for expanding Mercer’s benefits surveys and related benchmarking and benefits valuation consulting across the region.
Before joining Mercer in 2007, Godelieve worked as a senior human resources consultant with Ernst Young in the Netherlands, specializing in benefits design and consulting. Godelieve holds a MA in Law from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands.
