Thaddeus Lawrence is a human development coach, adventure philanthropist and extreme sportsman rolled into one. He is best known for successfully completing a total of 1,000 kilometres in a footrace through the hottest, coldest, windiest and driest deserts on earth. His soul-inspiring feat in the Sahara, Gobi, Atacama and Antarctica, which raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for charitable organizations, is documented in his book “Runaway Success: Life Lessons from Ultra Endurance Racing.”

Christine is a Global Marketing & Communications Specialist with a wealth of experience in Brand Strategy, Social Entrepreneurship and Advocacy.

She has worked for global brands such as Nike, McCann-Erickson, Philippe Starck and her own Brazilian fashion retail business, Beijaflor. Christine is the Chief Marketing Officer of iRace Media, one of Asia's leading horse racing publishing and media companies. She is also a Consultant & Advisor in the area of Sustainability and Tech for Impact.

More recently, Christine was responsible for Marketing & Communications at Temasek Management Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings - specialised in Leadership Development, Business Services & Corporate Events Management - and concurrently managed Marketing & Communications at Temasek Trust, the philanthropic arm of Temasek Holdings. 

A passionate advocate of women’s leadership and empowerment, Christine set up ‘Women on a Mission’ & ‘HER Planet Earth’ - two non-profit organisations she co-founded and founded in 2012 and 2017 respectively - to take all-female teams on pioneering expeditions to the Arctic, the Antarctic, deserts in the Middle East & Africa, and mountains in the Himalayas, to raise awareness and funds for underprivileged women affected by climate change and to empower and support women who have been subjected to violence and abuse. 

She is an Author and Contributing Writer to international publications such as The HuffPost, Forbes and the Straits Times Newspaper of Singapore. Her speaking engagements have been hosted by organisations such as INSEAD, Nike, AWARE, Goldman Sachs, Singapore Woman Award, HCLI and James Cook University. 

TEDx/IDEASx speaker, Avi Liran (Economist, MBA and basketball coach) is on a mission to delight the world, one person, one workplace at a time. He is the creator and designer of the edutainment concepts of Delivering Delight and Leading with Values.
